The Court Clerk’s Office is primarily involved with filing civil and criminal pleadings. All fines and costs ordered are processed through this office.

The Court is without a trained court assistance officer (CAO) at this time; however, forms are available at the counter. For further assistance and limited forms go to www.isc.idaho.gov

We now accept credit card for payments only by phone or person
