Adoption of Snowmobile Parking Lot Rules and Fees Valley County Code Title 13, Chapter 5-1,2,3,4

The Valley County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) will hold a hearing on Monday, November 17, 2025 at 1 pm in the Valley County Courthouse located at 219 North Main Street in Cascade, Idaho.

The purpose of the hearing is to amend the existing code, adopt proposed fee changes, and adopt parking lot regulations for winter parking lots managed by Valley County Parks and Recreation.

Parking lots included in this ordinance include: Francis Wallace, Brush Creek, Green Gate, Lick Creek, and Wellington Snow Park.
