Valley County Code Amendments

On June 17th, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. the Valley County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing to consider amendments to Valley County Code in response to public safety concerns regarding shooting on or within the entirety of Parcel LR19N03E3200005 commonly referred to Parcel “L”.

Location: Parcel “L” lies to the west of Warren Wagon Road in NE4 NE4 S32 T19N R3E in Valley County. The Ordinance proposes the following changes to Valley County Code:

• VCC 4-10-6 Prohibiting the discharge of firearms at and/or from Parcel “L”,
• VCC 4-10-7 Prohibits the destruction or damage to signs and/or markers
• VCC 4-10-8 A violation of this Chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor and shall be punishable in accordance with Idaho Code § 189-113, as amended.
