Eastside Drive Bridge Project

Beginning after Labor Day 2022 the Eastside Dr. Bridge replacement project will commence. This project will reconstruct the bridge and extend the length to push abutments beyond the channel limits in order to minimize the potential for future scouring.

This project is funded with an ITIP grant.

East Lake Fork Rd to SH 55 Project

Beginning 2026 the E. Lake Fork Rd to SH 55 project will commence. This is a rehabilitation project of .55 mile long on E. Lake Fork Rd. between Lake Fork Creek Bridge and the intersection of SH 55.

This project is expected to widen the roadway and lesson the vertical grade near SH55. Additional improvements will include replacing deteriorated culverts, acquiring right-of-way and mitigating impacts to wetlands adjacent to the roadway.
