How to Submit a Public Records Request

Under Idaho Code, you have the opportunity to review or copy public documents. To submit a Public Records Request to the Road Department, be as specific as possible, and submit your request to publicrecordsrequest@valleycountyid.gov

All emails sent to County officials are public records and may have to be disclosed in response to requests for public records, including names, addresses, phone number and e-mail addresses.

Please do not send public records requests to individual staff email addresses. Any requests sent to individuals in lieu of the Public Records Request email address listed above, automatically require additional time to respond.
