On January 1st, the Treasurer’s office begins the tax deed process for all parcels that are three years delinquent. We work diligently to notify the property owner and all “parties of interest” that the parcel is in danger of Valley County taking ownership if the past due taxes are not paid. Idaho State Code Title 63 Chapter 10 defines the steps to collect delinquent taxes.
The 2025 tax deed hearing is scheduled for July 7th, 2025 at 1:00pm with the Board of County Commissioners at 219 N. Main Street, Cascade, Idaho.
*This list is subject to change pending any payments made before July 7th, 2025, 1:00pm.
