NOTICE OF CANDIDATE FILING DEADLINE
Pursuant to Idaho Code §34-1405, notice is hereby given for the candidate filing deadline for elections to be held on November 4, 2025. The required Declaration of Candidacy and Petition of Candidacy forms must be filed with the taxing district office listed below beginning on August 18, 2025 until August 29, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Forms are available at the taxing district offices listed below or at the Valley County Clerk’s office, 219 N. Main St, Cascade, Idaho. Forms can also be found online at the Valley County website: www.co.valley.id.us/departments/Elections/Candidates. Petition signatures must be verified by the Valley County Clerk prior to filing with the taxing district.
Individuals who run as write-in candidates must file a Declaration of Intent no later than 5:00 p.m. on September 5, 2025.
