The Court Clerk’s Office is primarily involved with filing civil and criminal pleadings. All fines and costs ordered are processed through this office.

Q- How can I make a payment to my criminal case?

A- We do NOT take payments over the phone. To make a payment please mail us a check, pay in person. Temporarily our online option disabled. Our mailing address is PO Box 1350 Cascade ID 83611.

Q - How do I obtain copies of filings from my criminal or civil case file?

A- All requests must be in writing and can be sent to the Valley County Court Clerks Office via fax, mail or email. Fax: 208-382-7184  Email:

 All requests must include your name, case number, the filings you are requesting, your address,  or email you want the forms sent to, a form of payment for the filings and a phone number so we can contact you if needed.

Q- How much do records requests cost?

A- $1 per page. All credit card transaction require an additional $3 fee

Q- Where can I research cases filed in the State of Idaho?

A- You can see all public information about a case on the Idaho State Repository. or for Ada County and Twin Falls County cases

Q: Where can I send my proof of insurance?

 A: Proof of insurance can be mailed, faxed, or delivered in person to the Valley County Courthouse. Fax: 208-382-7184
